Nour J. Mashmoushi

Nour J. Mashmoushi is an associate at Meysan and a member of the fi­­rm’s corporate practice. Nour’s practice focuses on Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Law. She is also an expert in local and cross-border M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Meysan, Nour assisted representing two local banks in Lebanon in banking matters, and advised private clients on several real estate, civil, bankruptcy, and criminal matters within the Lebanese jurisdiction

Nour Berbari

Nour Berbari is an associate at Meysan and a member of the fi­­rm’s corporate practice. Nour’s practice covers a broad spectrum of cross-border corporate transactional matters, with a focus on M&A and capital markets in the Middle East and North America. Nour represents private equity, venture capital and corporate clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

She has acted for clients investing and operating in various sectors, including retail, technology, life sciences and telecommunications. In addition, Nour regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial agreements, including franchise, licensing, and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Meysan, Nour practiced at distinguished law firms in New York, Dubai, and Beirut, including Wilson Sonsini.

Rosy Rizk

Rosy Rizk is an associate at Meysan and a member of the fi­­rm’s corporate practice.

Rosy’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

  • Worked on a strategic cross-border acquisition by Emirati-based company of a significant majority stake in a CMA-licensed Kuwaiti entity. The transaction entailed a complex regulatory approvals process with Kuwaiti regulators and the Capital Markets Authority.

Aya El Far

Aya El Far is an associate at Meysan Cairo office, and a member of the Litigation team.

Prior to joining Meysan, Aya worked at an international law firm, where she specialized in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Her experience includes advising multinational corporations on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Aya also possesses significant experience in public international law, having worked on matters related to refugee law and counter-terrorism.
