Saif Mutabbakani has completed his Bachelors in Law (LLB) at Oxford Brookes University and has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) at Cardiff University. Sally Khalil

Sally Khalil is a Lebanese qualified lawyer, since 2022. Sally joined HMCo in June 2024 as part of the Finance Practice Team, based in our Dubai Office.

Prior to joining HMCo, Reina worked with a tier 1 law firm in the region.

With almost 4 years of experience in the Middle East region, Sally’s principal area of expertise is in the corporate and commercial fields of the law. She is most notably specialized in banking & finance, financial instruments, venture capital and private equity financing, M&A, company restructuring, corporate governance, cross-border transactions, in addition to providing business-oriented legal advice on a wide range of matters across the region.

Shahad Alrashidi joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm as a legal associate in 2023. Shahad obtained a Bachelor's degree with first-class Honors in law from Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University. She has had a uniquely diverse legal experience as she worked in several law firms and companies before joining Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm. Raghad Moharraq

Raghad started her working experience as a Trainee Associate in HMCO, and further completed her training period to finally obtain the legal licence in 2023.

Kenan Nagshabandi

Kenan is an Australian-qualified lawyer who has recently joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar as an Associate. Prior to this, he received his training as a law graduate at a Sydney-based law firm focusing on commercial litigation, where he gained experience in commercial dispute resolution, drafting pleadings, and legal risk management. Kenan also has experience with Baker & McKenzie, where he assisted both Corporate and Arbitration Practices.

With a background in commercial law, economics, finance, and regulation and compliance Kenan brings a wealth of experience combined with strong analytical and legal skills, making him a valuable addition to the firm’s Finance Practice.
