Saif Mutabbakani has completed his Bachelors in Law (LLB) at Oxford Brookes University and has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) at Cardiff University. Saif joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm in 2020, and is a qualified attorney admitted to practice law by the Ministry of Justice and member of the Saudi Bar Association. Saif is specialized in commercial litigation and corporate and management dispute resolution; Saif is also part of the firm’s Restructuring team and is involved in several matters regarding company liquidation and financial restructuring.

Mohammed Al Mukhtar joined the Law Firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2016 and he has been managing major litigation and advising companies on potential disputes and managing the settlement process.

Mohammed Mukhtar is a major part of Hammad & Al-Mehdar Team and he can speak English & Arabic fluently.

Sondous Raffa joined the law firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2021.

Sondous possesses broad arbitration experience on the national and international level. She has handled numerous disputes in ad hoc proceedings and in arbitration under some of the major international arbitration rules, including those of the ICC, CIETAC, and DIAC.

Sally is a Lebanese-qualified lawyer and a member of the Finance Practice at HMCo, based in Dubai. Prior to joining HMCo, Sally worked with a Tier 1 law firm in the region, where she gained hands-on experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. With close to four years of experience across the Middle East, she has supported clients on matters involving banking and finance, venture capital, private equity, M&A, corporate structuring, and governance, as well as cross-border and regulatory transactions.

At HMCo, Sally works closely with the Finance team across a range of mandates, including early- and growth-stage equity investments, fund formation, and regulatory advisory.

Mohammed Alsaikhan joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm as a trainee associate in 2022. Mohammed speaks both English and Arabic, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both language.

Shahad Alrashidi joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm as a legal associate in 2023. Shahad obtained a Bachelor’s degree with first-class Honors in law from Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University. She has had a uniquely diverse legal experience as she worked in several law firms and companies before joining Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm. Shahad is a qualified attorney admitted to practice by the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia in January of 2023 and is part of the Disputes department at Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm.

Jude Abualhashem joined the law firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2023. Jude is a Saudi lawyer qualified to practice in the State of New York.

Prior joining Hammad & Al-Mehdar, Jude has worked in international and regional law firms in Riyadh. Jude’s area of interest is in Corporate & Commercial, in addition to construction, energy, and finance.

Nadeen joined the Law Firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in the Corporate and Commercial department, based out for the firm’s Jeddah office. Nadeen graduated from City, University of London, having obtained the LLB, LLM, and postgraduate Legal Practice Course. Her experience includes handling and supporting corporate law matters and cross border merger and acquisitions transactions.

Raghad Moharraq is a licensed lawyer specialized in litigation and dispute resolutions who has joined the law firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2020.

Raghad started her working experience as a Trainee Associate in HMCO, and further completed her training period to finally obtain the legal licence in 2023.

Specialized in commercial, property, labor, inheritance disputes and Arbitration.

Kenan is an Australian-qualified lawyer and an Associate in the Finance Practice at HMCo, based in Dubai. He advises on private equity and venture capital transactions, fund structuring, financial regulatory matters, and corporate restructurings across the GCC.

At HMCo, Kenan supports the Finance team across a wide range of transactional mandates, particularly early and growth-stage equity investments, fund formation, and regulatory advisory work. His legal insight is complemented by a strong academic foundation in law, finance, and economics, which allows him to approach complex legal issues with commercial clarity and analytical precision.
