Saif Mutabbakani has completed his Bachelors in Law (LLB) at Oxford Brookes University and has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) at Cardiff University. Saif joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm in 2020, and is a qualified attorney admitted to practice law by the Ministry of Justice and member of the Saudi Bar Association. Saif is specialized in commercial litigation and corporate and management dispute resolution; Saif is also part of the firm’s Restructuring team and is involved in several matters regarding company liquidation and financial restructuring.

Sondous Raffa

Sondous Raffa joined the law firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2021.

Sally Khalil

Sally is a Lebanese-qualified lawyer and a member of the Finance Practice at HMCo, based in Dubai. Prior to joining HMCo, Sally worked with a Tier 1 law firm in the region, where she gained hands-on experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. With close to four years of experience across the Middle East, she has supported clients on matters involving banking and finance, venture capital, private equity, M&A, corporate structuring, and governance, as well as cross-border and regulatory transactions.

At HMCo, Sally works closely with the Finance team across a range of mandates, including early- and growth-stage equity investments, fund formation, and regulatory advisory.

Shahad Alrashidi joined Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm as a legal associate in 2023. Shahad obtained a Bachelor’s degree with first-class Honors in law from Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University. She has had a uniquely diverse legal experience as she worked in several law firms and companies before joining Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm. Shahad is a qualified attorney admitted to practice by the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia in January of 2023 and is part of the Disputes department at Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm.

Kenan Nagshabandi

Kenan is an Australian-qualified lawyer and an Associate in the Finance Practice at HMCo, based in Dubai. He advises on private equity and venture capital transactions, fund structuring, financial regulatory matters, and corporate restructurings across the GCC.

At HMCo, Kenan supports the Finance team across a wide range of transactional mandates, particularly early and growth-stage equity investments, fund formation, and regulatory advisory work.
