Yazeed is with over nine years of experience in the Middle East region, specifically within Saudi Arabia. Yazeed's principal areas of expertise are in the corporate and financial fields of law. His expertise covers corporate governance matters, start-up legal support, and financial advising, but not limited to venture capital financings, lending transactions, and fund formations. He has further experience counseling many leading companies within the region, providing corporate legal advice on a vast range of matters.
Yazeed's experience further extends to advising several companies within the Kingdom on multi-million-dollar projects, including acting as co-counsel in connection with the financing arrangements for the design and build of the new Shuqaiq 3 desalination plant in the Southern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Further, he has worked alongside significant international corporations within the United States, where he has experience working as a legal, financial advisor for private companies negotiating venture capital financings, lending transactions, and fund formations.
Yazeed holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Los Angeles, CA, and an LL.B. from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In addition to this, Yazeed is also fluent in Arabic and English.

- Our role consisted of reviewing the various agreements relating to the deal including the agreement that regulates the commercial dealings between the Parties during the acquisition process and the agreement between the Parties in relation to the management and operation of the Tech-Company after the acquisition is completed.
- Co-Counsel to the owner of a major restaurants chain in connection with the sale of 70% of its equity interest in the restaurants chain.
- This transaction was structured as shares sale.
- Co-Counsel to a leading Tech-Company in relation to a credit facility agreement granted by NCB aggregating to SAR 65 million.
- Advising a foreign-owned majority shareholder of Insurance Claims Settlement Company in connection with 2018 accumulated losses around SAR 12 million in which such losses reach 50% of its share capital.
- Council to a leading Tech-Company in relation to End-User Agreements (including Terms and contracts of a multi-million riyal housing complex in the Red Sea Project.
- Counsel to different Saudi Arabian entities in connection with their respective negotiation acquisition of commercial agency and distribution rights.
- Drafted form investor questionnaire for use in private financings.
- Drafted term sheets, board consents, stockholder consents and stock purchase agreements for private company financings.
