Mohammed Al Mukhtar joined the Law Firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2016 and he has been managing major litigation and advising companies on potential disputes and managing the settlement process.

  • Provided support to the senior lawyers in preparing legal briefs, developed strategy, arguments and testimony, to present cases before courts, to resolve clients’ issues and disputes. 
  • Gathered necessary evidence in various cases to formulate defense or to initiate legal action. Conducted research, interviewed clients and witnesses and handled other details in preparation for trial. 
  • Drafted important legal documents and performed continuous research into relevant facts and law to increase knowledge on present situation.
  • Advised clients regarding business ethics and compliance issues, with an informed understanding of the client’s legal rights and obligations.
