Khalid Hussein Al Bataty joined the Hammad and & al-Mehdar as a junior associate in 1997. He is a leading expert in Company Law, with extensive experience in incorporating and re-structuring all forms of business entities in Saudi Arabia, covering all major industries. As well as the legal procedures for attaining all kinds of licenses. His specialization involves preparing, drafting and reviewing an array of agreements as per Saudi Law, including but not limited to, shareholder agreements, asset transfer agreements, management agreements, articles of association, memorandums of understanding, and franchise and distribution agreements amongst others. Khalid earned his LLB from King Abdulaziz University in 1994.

- Overseeing the entire incorporation and licensure process for Dow Saudi Arabia Ltd, a major manufacturer of chemical and petrochemical products with a net worth of five million riyals whose customer base stems both inside and outside of Saudi Arabia.
- Advising a leading Japanese water treatment company in forming a joint venture for the purpose of developing BOT industrial projects for the private sector, EPCs of government projects and IWPPs, and whose capital net worth is over twenty million riyals.
- The establishment of Rabigh Alarabia, a water and electricity company requiring complicated licensing procedures as per Saudi law, and whose capital value is four billion riyals.
- Representing ADPI Middle East in obtaining a SAGIA license to setup a corporate headquarters in Saudi Arabia to carry out project management, cost management, airport management services.
- Advising several large listed firms such as SIDC and Foras International Investment Company, with capital values collectively worth hundreds of million riyals, on a vast array of issues regarding general Saudi Law and the Companies Regulation and complex Capital Market Regulations
