Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has announced the amendment of the validity period of industrial licenses from three to five years.
The amendment will apply where an investor applies for a new industrial license or renews their current license after meeting all the relevant requirements to issue the license.
The aim is to support factories, reduce audit periods by investors in the sector, facilitate industrial investment growth, and improve and accelerate the procedures for these types of licenses to be issued.
