Khawla is a highly accomplished legal professional with experience in financial law, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. She has experience advising on financial regulation, capital markets, project finance, and corporate law. Her background includes working with high-profile clients on complex transactions, ensuring their compliance with Saudi Arabian, as well as international laws and regulations.

  • Debt Capital Markets and Sukuk Issuance: Lead associate advising high-profile clients on a multi-billion-dollar sukuk issuance program, involving major international and local banks, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Corporate and Commercial Contracts: Lead associate drafting complex manufacturing and procurement template agreements for major pharmaceutical companies, as well as high-value service contracts for high-profile clients.
  • Financial Regulation and Compliance: Conducted in-depth reviews of the Saudi Arabian financial regulatory landscape, covering securities investment funds, and financial institution requirements.
  • Legal Capacity and Transactional Analysis: Lead associate drafting several legal capacity opinions and memoranda analyzing the enforceability and compliance of complex transactions with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
