Raghad Moharraq is a licensed lawyer specialized in litigation and dispute resolutions who has joined the law firm of Hammad & Al-Mehdar in 2020.

Raghad started her working experience as a Trainee Associate in HMCO, and further completed her training period to finally obtain the legal licence in 2023.

Specialized in commercial, property, labor, inheritance disputes and Arbitration.

  • Bachelor’s degree of Law, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah.

  • Represented major international and local entities in various commercial, property, family disputes and arbitration cases.
  • Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of legal documents and agreements ranging from arbitration awards, statement of claims, statement of appeals, settlement, distribution, employment and operation agreements.
  • Worked on various commercial and contractual arbitration cases both in Saudi Arabia and Dubai under DIAC (Dubai international Arbitration Center).
  • Negotiated clients' settlements, and further managed to prepare detailed settlement agreements in inheritance division, commercial and labor disputes.
  • Developed detailed litigation strategies for commercial, property, labor disputes and arbitration cases and provided invaluable counsel to clients advising them on effective strategies to strengthen their legal positions and maximize their chances of success in Saudi courts by utilizing her studies and expertise in Sharia principles and the Saudi judicial Sharia -based system.
  • Provided legal advisory to the clients on regular basis to resolve occurring legal issues and to further avoid future conflicts.
