  • Worked on the divestment of Investcorp Group, a renowned provider and manager of alternative investment products across the Gulf and global markets, from Automak Automotive Company, a prominent player in the automotive sector operating in Kuwait and the broader MENA region.
  • Worked on a strategic cross-border acquisition by Emirati-based company of a significant majority stake in a CMA-licensed Kuwaiti entity. The transaction entailed a complex regulatory approvals process with Kuwaiti regulators and the Capital Markets Authority.
  • Worked on the acquisition by National Consumer Holding Company (NCHC), a significant industrial investment firm, of the entire share capital of the widely recognized Cozmo Entertainment General Trading.
