Salwa Abdallah is the head of Lebanon office and a member of the fi­­rm’s corporate practice. Salwa’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. She has represented clients on several noteworthy domestic and cross-border high profile transactions, mostly in digital and fashion industries.

Prior to joining Meysan, Salwa worked for multiple reputable law firms in Lebanon. Salwa has been recommended by the Legal500 as a key lawyer for commercial, corporate, and M&A.

  • Advising an Emirati-based company in its strategic cross-border acquisition of a significant majority stake in a CMA-licensed Kuwaiti entity. The transaction entailed a complex regulatory approvals process with Kuwaiti regulators and the Capital Markets Authority.
  • Representing Jadwa Investment, a leading investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East, in its acquisition of a 70% equity stake in Dabdoob Holdings Limited Company which owns the largest toy e-commerce application in the GCC.
  • Assisting Al Bayan Medical Company K.S.C.C. (Closed) in its acquisition of a majority stake in Sky for the Management of Specialized Medical Centers W.L.L., a prominent Kuwaiti dental clinic owned and managed by high-profile Kuwaiti dentists.
  • Advising National Consumer Holding Company (NCHC), a significant industrial investment firm, in its acquisition of the entire share capital of the widely recognized Cozmo Entertainment General Trading.
